I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the Area Manager Hayley Thorpe for Oakland Hall. I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than sixteen years. Within the sixteen years I have attended college to complete my level 3 and university to complete a foundation degree and BA Hons degree in Early Learning. I started as a Room leader and followed the path to become a Nursery Manager. I enjoy working with children as it is a very awarding job, watching them grow and develop their personalities and making friendships with each other. I have been working at Oakland Hal day nursery for 8 years and I have seen the nursery grow and develop over the years. I especial love the ‘Home from Home’ feeling within the nursery.
