My name is Carmen and I am the Nursery Manager. I have worked at Oakland Hall for 6 years, within these 6 years I have completed a level 2 childcare apprenticeship and then went on to complete my level 3 childcare. I have had the experience of being a Room leader in the Mighty Oaks for 3 years and have recently took on the role of becoming the nursery manager. Working with children has always been a passion of mine and I love being able to watch the children grow and develop, working in childcare is a rewarding job. I am looking forward too see what the future holds.
