I started at Oakland Hall during my last placement needed to achieve my level 3 qualification in childcare and education and since then I have been a Mighty Oaks member where I have learnt many skills and realised my real passion for caring and supporting children. I particularly enjoy making fun and educational activities for the children and helping them overcome challenges. I believe it is important to support all of the Mighty Oaks children to develop in all areas so that they are ready for their transition to school.
