I am the maternity cover Room Leader in Mighty Oaks, returning to my role as Deputy Room Leader when Amy returns. The Mighty Oaks is where the children between the ages of 3-4 years old thrive and develop before they start school. I particularly enjoy supporting them to reach their personal milestones and face any challenges. It’s an exciting and fulfilling job role, helping children through different transitions. I have acquired a Level 3 in Early Years Education, during the nearly four years that I have worked at Oakland Hall, which has helped me solidify my knowledge and gain further insight on how young children learn.
