My name is Tia and I am the Deputy Manager whilst Amy is on Maternity leave, becoming third in charge upon her return. I am also the room leader of the Little Explorers here at Oakland Hall. I have been working at Oakland Hall since 2020, starting as a level 3 apprentice after previously completing my level 2 at Suffolk New College. I have loved being able to progress my professional development over the years and reach the position that I am in today. I have always had a passion for working with children and in the Early Years sector. I particularly enjoy working with the babies as I love being able to support and nurture them through the first part of their lives, guiding them to reach their milestones and further their overall development, which is the most rewarding thing to see!
